Resolved Question: I'm moving to MA so can people please tell me what each of these neighborhoods are like?

Hi guys, so I was recently offered a job promotion. I live in Beverly Hills now and th job is in Massachusetts, and I an moving with my husband and 2 kids. We have been looking at some neighborhoods online but I would like somebody (preferably someone that is familiar with the areas) to tell me A) If it is safe and child-friendly B) If it a wealthy town C) How others view the town D) What are the schools like? The towns we are looking at include: A) Revere B) Winthrop C) Medford D) Malden We are looking for something on the water, so that would be great if someone could tell us the distance form the water.
