Voting Question: Brake problems for 2004 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited?

I have a 2004 Jeep Wangler Unlimited. For the last 2 weeks the brakes sounded terrible and made grinding noises when stopping. This past Friday, they basically stopped working.. I noticed I had no brake fluid and one of the wheels looked like the brake was going metal on metal (no pad) ... This is a killer! I have about 130 bucks to fix this... any idea what it may be?
