Hey everyone!! My daughter is turning 1 in 2 weeks, and I am going back to work tomorrow, and they way it turns out I am looking for a stay at home mom to babysit my daughter 4 days a week for 4 hours eachday. I am in Malden MA, What is the norm. to pay for a stay at home mother to watch after her??
